Backstory
Was founded in 4318 by French astronauts and took around several centuries to fully populate and modernize the planet, in 5920 the Portuguese engaged in a lengthy war with the French to claim control and dominance over the planet. After 11 years both sides settled the dispute with a peace treaty (also known as the Treaty of Centaños), Now Deuxfleurs is known as a metropolitan tourist destination and as a growing galactic power.
